This is very likely a false positive report.
You can check the file integrity with checksums and hash values. You can get
them on the same webpage where you have downloaded the install file [1]. Then
you can do the steps like they are described at [2]. When both checksums (from
the install file and the separate file) are equal, then the file is OK and it
is a false positive report. Report this to your antivirus vendor.
Furthermore, please make sure that you download from original sources only. For
OpenOffice it is [1] which forwards to a special download service at
SourceForge.net.
