Fixed in the 20051128 nightly build.

The exception message now includes both the actual and permitted request sizes.
Further, the exception itself now has getActualSize() and getPermittedSize()
methods, so that you can retrieve these without having to parse the message.

Note that information about the actual parts (files or fields) cannot be
included, because that information is only available after parsing the upload,
which would defeat the purpose of having this exception in the first place.
