Mavibot JIRA created

Hi guys,

I have asked for the creation of the MAVIBOT JIRA space.

It's available at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MAVIBOT

Please use it when finding a bug in Mavibot, or for any feature request.


I'm working on fixing the distribution pom so that we can cut a release
asap.
