Rivet a TCLKIT

Hi,

it's possible use Rivet and TCLKIT renamed in tclsh, instead of using
TCL package?

In what sense? Currently, as far as I know, it's not possible to use
TclKits with Rivet, but I haven't really tried it. Rivet certainly
can't be packaged as one, because otherwise apache couldn't load it.

What would be nice is if you could plop one in a directory and have it
function as a "web application".
