Hi,
I have a similar problem. I verified that the URL of the DTD is valid but still I get the following exception:
NetAccessorException, Message:Could not open file: http://store.yahoo.com/lib/vw/OrderList2.dtd.
The XML contents are:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE OrderList SYSTEM "http://store.yahoo.com/lib/vw/OrderList2.dtd">
<OrderList StoreAccountName="bevfabriccrafts">
</OrderList>
