[jxpath] JXPath 1.2 RC1 is now available

The first Release Candidate for JXPath 1.2 is now available at:

http://www.apache.org/dist/jakarta/commons/jxpath/jxpath_1.2RC1/

Please check it out when (if) you have a minute.  The binary distribution contains the complete documentation, including the updated Users' Guide and a (brief) Release Notes document.

Any comments will be highly appreciated.
