Description: Given that potential problems due to broken topology data in topology tables are fixed in 2.5.0 mostly in [AMBARI-19929|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-19929|AMBARI-19929] and since these are already finished requests, not used anymore, this additional DB check, doesn't turned out to be useful.
