Is it possible to build REST service with .net client?

Hello Everyone,

Forgive me if this has been asked before, I searched the list but couldn't
find what I am looking for.

Is it possible to create a RESTful webservice using http-binding and have a
.net client generated from the wsdl exposed by the service?

Appreciate it if anyone can give me some insights.
