i don't see what this has to do with VelocityTools. both Velocity and
VelocityTools are used frequently with Tomcat without problems. i don't know if
they've been used with Jboss, but i'm sure they can be. it sounds like you have
configuration issues. ask about them on the user lists if you like, but don't
open bug reports here unless you have actually found a bug in Velocity (or
VelocityTools), not just a problem which for all anybody knows is probably in
your use of the software.
