[ANNOUNCE] Apache Twill 0.7.0-incubating released

Hi all,

The Apache Twill team is excited to announce the latest release of Apache
Twill 0.7.0-incubating. This is the eighth release of Apache Twill.

Apache Twill is an abstraction over Apache Hadoop YARN that reduces
the complexity of developing and managing distributed applications
that runs on YARN. More details on Apache Twill can be found at
http://twill.incubator.apache.org

New features in this release can be found at
http://twill.incubator.apache.org/releases/0.7.0-incubating.html

The release artifacts are available at:
