Usually, projects don't put in the names of individuals in POMs. This reinforces the notion that it's a community effort rather than a set of specific individuals.

I will update the tickets, this gist contains a pom that can be used
to distribute the jar found in the released tarball.
It doesn't contain an "authors" section, which can be found in the
apache cassandra pom for instance. If you give me a list of names /
usernames i can update the authors section.

If so, we can just use zkclient 0.1 from maven. Could you create a jira for
that?
Thanks,

Pierre,
The zkclient jar in kafka is a snapshot of zkclient trunk as of Apr 12,
2011. Is the 0.1 version older or newer?
Thanks,

while speaking of zkclient, what is the difference between the jar
present in kafka's distribution and the one available from maven
central as group: com.github.sgroschupf, artifcat: zkclient and
version: 0.1 ?

Yup, makes sense, anyhow, only zkclient and kafka-0.7 are needed for clients.

I'd like to make an obvious point. Please publish only those artifacts that were voted upon. The checksums must match what was voted upon.
It would be best to keep the group in the loop every step of the way. (Hey, did I just make a rhyme?)
