PasswordDigest - can the server require Nonce and Timestamp be present?

Is it possible to configure the server side to require a Nonce and 
Timestamp be present for PasswordDigest?

I did ask on the proper mailing list (wss4j-dev), it's just that Werner 
replied to me directly and CC'ed sandesha-dev instead of wss4j-dev, not 
sure why but he seems to do so for a few of the wss4j-dev questions.
