Resolution: Fixed
Added the call to BasePeer.correctBooleans() to LargeSelect.
Fixed the handling of unqualified column names in BasePeer.correctBooleans(),
Gracefully handle the case of a defaultTableMap==null,
Added testCases to verify the behaviour.
