The July board meeting took place on the 16th.

The following directors were present:

  B. Establish the Apache Tez Project (Hitesh Shah, VP)
  C. Establish the Apache Celix Project (Alexander Broekhuis, VP)
  E. Establish the Apache VXQuery Project (Till Westmann, VP)
