I have a bug using PDFBox and Preflight Version 2.0.21. Every time I try to validate a valid PDF/A-1A file with the preflight parser in my Java application, the following error appears:
7.3 : Error on MetaData, Cannot find a definition for the namespace [http://ns.adobe.com/pdfx/1.3/]
