SVG code/status

I have updated the code to include the dom and some other things. There
is still much to do.

I think it would be beneficial to commit this if others agree so that
others can work on it.

It requires the svg-stylable and dom java bindings from w3c.

First priority is to get all rendering done through the dom interfaces,
and keep adding elements into the system.

The current source is available from (only modified/added files)
