form field formatting

hi guys.

for all whose interested.

all that is needed is 2 files; 

1) formatter-rules.xml (of type validation-rules.xml). add file to
ValidatorPlugin resource path
2) java class containing methods to execute

of course, validating n formatting r very different things. but its
small work and efficient.

wonder y its not included ???
