Go to any slider app page and the entire UI refreshes every 6s. 

The mappers should create new records only when records with ID dont exist. If records already exist, their values should be set. This will prevent UI from flickering. 

The flickering is especially bad when graphs are present as before you can read them they vanish and come back.
