[PR] Simplify BytesStore operation [lucene]

### Description
Spawn out of https://github.com/apache/lucene/pull/12624.
This removes one backward writing operation (`writeByte(long, byte)`) which was used in the direct addressing mode. Here instead of first skipping bytes then do absolute writing, we can first truncate the BytesStore back to the starting address and then append header, presence bits & arcs.
