The SERVER_CONFIG_FILE problem has been fixed in CVS
and will be in the next public release.

Although not all Layout-related bugs have been fixed,
I'm going to close this bug since this particular problem
has been fixed. Please report any other problems you
find and we will fix them as quickly as possible.
