newbie question

I'm looking at Tapestry for an upcoming project and have a question. My other web projects (usually php) use frames or iframe to handle uploading/retrieving data from the server (sometimes I use a flash object). What I'm trying to avoid is the refreshing of the entire page. Is there a method or component in Tapestry that will facilitate this.

Thanks in advance,

Ron

I think that whatever techniques you used in php would translate here.
You're still dealing with static http content, so you either have to refresh
the whole page or use the frames/iframes or an embedded client side
component built in javascript or flash or Active X or what-have-you.
