Could not fetch resource information. [500, #0]
The following test fails:
svn co http://localhost:97/svn/repos pcsmail81
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/repos'
svn:
Could not open the requested SVN filesystem
Here is the apache error log:

Why is /format appended to my path?
Here is the relevant httpd.conf

SVNPath /driveb/svn
</Location>
and here is the filesystem
ls -ltr svn/

apache runs as nobody and nobody is a member of the svn group

Apache is trying to open a repository located at /driveb/svn/, and all
repositories have a 'format' file in them.
Did you actually create a repository at /driveb/svn? You know,
'svnadmin create /driveb/svn'?
It doesn't look like it. I have no idea what this stuff is:
> ls -ltr svn/
> total 2
> drwxrwxr-x 7 don svn 224 May 7 10:25 pcsmail
