Fix Version: 1.x
Moving this to 1.x ... it isn't essential for 1.0

> There is currently no view to see all deployed applications that does not also include configurations (which are really not applications). The "All Configurations" view comes close but includes non-application items and implies that the user knows what a "configuration" is. It is not a good design to expose the underlying technology to the end user who simply wants a server to host his applications and doesn't give a flip about "configurations". It's fine to have this as an additional view, but it should not be grouped under applications and it should not take the place of a real "all application" view.
