DERBY-1239 Committed John H. Embretsen's patch that improves the wording for
the derby.drda.startNetworthServer property. The patch incorporates
contributions by John H. Embretsen (John.Embretsen@Sun.com) and Halley Pacheco
de Oliveira (halleypo@yahoo.com.br).
