Links between text boxes are lost in merged document. First text box contains
expected print content. But red arrow is at bottom of box and all other boxes
are blank. If I restore a link from frame 1 to frame 2, the text appears in
frame 2 as expected. But the red arrow then moves to the bottom of frame 2
