[I] Push new java11 docker images to docker hub [hudi]

### Task Description
**What needs to be done:**
1. Build new required docker images:
- `./build_docker_images.sh --hadoop-version 2.8.4 --spark-version 3.5.3 --hive-version 2.3.10`
- Push it to docker hub
**Why this task is needed:**
Our current docker-compose config in IT used uses **hive 2.3.3** and **java8**.
We're trying to incrementally migrate our IT environment to newer versions of Spark and Java to reflect the new support surface area that we are working towards.
