Problems in getting james (2.1.1) working with Outlook

Hi, I configured succesfully james with Outlook Express, and now I'm trying
to configure james with Outlook. I'm running on Windows XP with Office XP.
The set up in outlook seems fine, the account test gives a positive result,
but when I press the send/receive button, it seems that Outlook waits for
something and nothing happens.

I receive the following error (which I don't receive with Outlook Express):


Task 'jemos - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x8004210A) : 'The
operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server.
If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator
or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Any help would be appreciated.

That is a timeout problem.  See:

If you want, you can turn on DEBUG in James for the POP server, and see the
protocol handling.  See if James has replied, and Outlook hasn't gotten the
data.
