The intention is really simple. I want to create New Foundation for Asian and
gather a lot of people who might be interested in The Apache Software Foundation
from All over the Asian regions in sooner or later -- This is just the beginning.

Niclas has a good point. Unless this has more relation to us than
involving people who "might be interested", I don't see why this
should be on community@. As far as I can tell this has nothing to do
with Apache, open source or even software in general.
