[jira] [Created] (AIRAVATA-2272) When an exception is thrown in PGA users to send us a error report

Eroma created AIRAVATA-2272:
-------------------------------

Summary: When an exception is thrown in PGA users to send us a error report
                 Key: AIRAVATA-2272
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRAVATA-2272
             Project: Airavata
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: PGA PHP Web Gateway
         Environment: https://dev.seagrid.org
            Reporter: Eroma
            Assignee: Marcus Christie

Currently time to time exceptions are thrown and very hard to recreate it as well. A way of generating and emailing an error report could be helpful and also it gives users a sense of responsibility and reliability on customer support.

The current error message we show in production, 'Oops something went wrong....' should be replaced with a more formal message and a way of reporting the error to development team.
