Timing of corpus submission vs. update production?

All:

The last weekly/net mass check

   http://ruleqa.spamassassin.org/20160521-r1744875-n

claims that the ham corpus was > 150k, so there should have been an update 
produced, but there wasn't.

When I checked that page Saturday morning I remember seeing the ham corpus 
number a little below the threshold, but checking back later showed it 
above the threshold.

I assume this means somebody got their results in just a bit too late to 
be included in the update decision making process.

Do we need to push the cutoff back a bit to allow more time for 
submissions?
