setting up creat-only for tags

Hi,

sorry for asking this silly question, but I cannot find any helpful 
example for limiting the access to my /tag tree
to create + r/o.

The book is a 100% complete description, though it's presented
conversationally.  Would you rather see some sort of formalized language
to describe the authz-file syntax?
