[34/41] git commit: updated refs/heads/master to 45c0fa2

Refactoring the LibvirtComputingResource
  - Adding LibvirtResizeVolumeCommandWrapper
  - 5 unit tests added
  - KVM hypervisor plugin with 22.1% coverage
