[Axis 1.x] [ApacheCon] Discussing 1.5

Glen and I are going to be meeting after the Keynote here at ApacheCon  
to talk about plans for a Axis 1.5 maintenance release. We're both in  
the keynote right now; if you're interested in participating catch up
