DolphinScheduler 1.3.0的问题

Hi All，

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 我再试用Dolphin1.3.0 release，发现两个问题，应该是bug。
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1. Ambari plugin界面配置单位错误，默认配置值1024，并提示单位是MB，其实不是，因为我上传一个1.9M的jar作为资源文件失败。修改为10240000，上传成功。并且超过配置值界面会卡死，后台可以看到日志，提示上过1024配置值。

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. 任务命名运行成功，但页面显示状态失败（我的工作流只有一个spark2节点）

Maybe the reason is nginx limit the upload size. 


也可能是nginx限制了上传文件的大小，可以检查下client_max_body_size。仅供参考
