OPENJPA-1106 rename testcase to better match what we're testing

Added:
    openjpa/trunk/openjpa-integration/validation/src/test/java/org/apache/openjpa/integration/validation/TestValidatingLEM.java   (with props)
Removed:
    openjpa/trunk/openjpa-integration/validation/src/test/java/org/apache/openjpa/integration/validation/TestValidationFactory.java
