Allow user to specify Hive related conf by cube, with prefix "kylin.hive.config.override.". 

Although it is a little redundant for user to override the "mapred.job.queuename" twice (kylin.job.mr.config.override.mapred.job.queuename and kylin.hive.config.override.mapred.job.queuename), it has the flexibity for all cases.
