Howdy,
Would someone please update the commit-email.pl used for
svn@subversion.tigris.org to the latest version?

That wouldn't (alone) be a bright idea, since the new version uses the
new syntax for svnlook. The server still has installed a sufficiently
old version of svnlook, which would break the script.
I'll try to upgrade our svn.collab.net soon, perhaps tomorrow (?).
Heck, perhaps tonight.
