Prosal to create TyrexTransactionManagerFactory

Based on the example of TyrexTransactionFactory.

I would like to create TyrexTransactionManagerFactory to
enable the TransactionManager via JNDI.
This would be usefull to cor CASTOR JDO as well as other
things that would want to join into a running transaction.

Are there any known problems with this idea?

To prototype I can probably use server.xml with ObjectFactory,
but to fully integrate(so I do not have to use server.xml)
What do I have to do?
How do I make it a "default" factory that is called much like the
TyrexTransactionFactory?
