Following the insturction on http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-4.1-
doc/printer/jndi-datasource-examples-howto.html

JNDI datasource look up fail when I use Tomcat version 5.5.9.  However, both 
Tomcat Version 4 and Version 5.0 work fine.
