   In order to make sure our backend's own observability, we need to provide the `telemetry` module. Including the following metric
   1. Register counts for each inventory.
   1. Data inserts for each indicator.
   1. Trace/Mesh received for each receiver.
   1. Remote send/receive counts.
   1. GC, memory and CPU.
   
   Prometheus should be suitable for default implementation in first version.
   
   @peng-yongsheng Do you have any suggestion metric?
   
   Gao, @hanahmily , I could assist you to finish the metric forward to the `telemetry` module, if you need.
