[PR] Prevent a possible fault when multiple appenders concurrently format an async logging request [logging-log4cxx]

The PR prevents a possible race condition for deferred-render events (LOG4CXX_*_ASYNC path).
When a logging request is enqueued by AsyncAppender and a second synchronous appender, the producer thread and the dispatcher thread may concurrently clear AsyncBuffer entries, resulting in a second free of the same vector.
