[jira] [Resolved] (MESOS-841) Enforce only leading master can write
to the Registrar.

Benjamin Mahler resolved MESOS-841.
-----------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
This was done by having a newly elected master write its MasterInfo to the registry upon recovering.
This ensures that any other Masters that try to write will no longer have the correct "version" of the data and thus will not be able to write.
> Enforce only leading master can write to the Registrar.

> To ensure that persistent operations in the master are safe, the registrar should enforce that the leading master is still leading. This will act as a safety net against a rogue master persisting state in a split-brain scenario.
