Error WSAEWOULDBLOCK occured while raising SOAP request for the d eployed web service method !

Hi,

Am getting an error "WSAEWOULDBLOCK" for the SOAP request of the exported
function of a DLL deployed as a Web Service in 
Apache2 with Axis integrated with it.
How can one avoid such error ?

Any ideas, pointers ?
