> when a BuildAndMerge job is created, there will be 2 new CubeSegments appended into the CubeInstance, however when user try to discard the job, only one of them will be deleted, this cause one NEW segment which is empty and cannot be queried left in the CubeInstance, and it cannot be deleted unless user manually modify the metadata.
