Code changes for test case update to JUnit 4

The test cases in branch Temp_TrueTypePostScript needed to be brought in line
with JUnit 4 in prearation for the branch merge.

I also updated the FOPFontsTestSuite and RenderPSTestSuite to the JUnit 4 way
of doing things.

And I added the DroidSansMono.ttf file, which strangely enough was missing in
the repository.

Not the most exciting task, but a necessaryFOPFontsTestSuite. one. Thanks for
your work, that was quite helpful.
