[I] Add named consequences test and documentation for Rule Unit [incubator-kie-drools]

   Currently, `drools-ruleunits` doesn't cover named consequences test, which seems to work.
   
   - Add unit tests
   - Add documentation to `Rule Language Reference` chapter. (`Rule Language Reference (Traditional)` already has it)
