Apache cxf distributed osgi default SOAP Message encoding

Hello guys,

how could I configure the default SOAP Message Encoding in Apache CXF
Distributed OSGI?

Right now it uses iso-8859-1 by default. And I want it to use utf-8 by
default so it can comply with the WS-I recommendation.


I would highly appreciate any feedback!
