SOAP and TOMCAT Installation help needed


Hi all,

I have searched around on the web, but I couldn't find the solution to my
problems.

The problem is when I tried to deploy the samples given by

java  org.apache.soap.server.ServiceManagerClient
http://localhost:8080/soap/servlet/rpcrouter deploy dd.xml

I got heaps of errors message. The first line start with

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The markup in the document preceding the root
element must be well-formed.
blah blah...

I dont know what I have done wrong with my configuration, could anyone please
tell me exactly where to change or add something to make it work..

PS: I can view http://localhost:8080/soap in the browser though.
