We have the umbrella ticket IGNITE-15655 where the problem of a random tests failures because of {{TimeoutException}} was introduced. A lot of problems was found when we investigated the issue, and most of them was fixed, so we propose to check if the problem is still reproducible. 

The actions that are proposed to do: 

1 ) Unmute all tests that were disabled with IGNITE-15655 ticket
2) Check if they are reproducible with the same problem
3) Create new tickets for all found problems
