[users@httpd] Patch released for Windows 95/98/ME Apache 2.0.44

There is now a small patch file available to fix a problem in the 2.0.44
release that affects users of Windows 95/98/ME.  To download this file, go
to
http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi

Then extract the zip file from the root of your Apache installation.

This patch is not required or recommended for Windows NT/2000/XP, nor for
any other OS.
